JOINING MENDIP GLIDING CLUB
You can join Mendip Gliding Club (MGC) by completing the online application form.
Please note that new flying members are required to produce a current Driving Licence or obtain a Medical Fitness Document.
Juniors can complete a BGA “Annex-A” Form.

It is important to note that your General Practitioner (GP) is only being asked to endorse your form and not being asked to conduct a medical examination! Please contact the MGC membership Secretary for more detailed explanations or also the BGA website for details of this "process".
MGC club flying members will be asked at periodic intervals to confirm the accuracy of their medical status and will be notified or reminded to obtain the necessary documents. Special rules apply to instructors. If you are worried about the costs, please speak to us about payment options.
